Learning how to prevent illness and disease is very important as you age. You don't want to have to cure something that could have prevented it in the first place. The same applies with your weight. It's much easier to work at maintaining your weight than trying to lose the fifty pounds you gained.
So how can we do this? We must pay attention to what we are doing to our bodies. We pay attention to them when they hurt, when we're not as energetic as we should be, and when our clothes start to get snug. When you notice these little things, you can be assured that something is not right. And when you see the first signs of yeast infection symptoms, do something about it before it becomes a full blown problem.
