As stated earlier I have changed the topic of this blog to be about the only thing I know that may be worth writing about; that is all the things I have tried that don’t work and all the little successes I may have in making Yougler a success.

As part of this “online diary of a penny-ante startup” I am going to post the stats I am tracking to gauge how much headway I may or may not be making over time. The stats I have going right now are the number of plugin downloads, the number pages linking to my site, the number of diggs to my site, the number of page views in a given day, my Google page rank, the number of del.icio.us bookmarks to my site, the number of registered members on my site, and my site’s Alexa page ranking. There may be others later.
